Thursday February 29, 2024:

Macro Wereld: Made some changes to the top menu, to give better access to the English version of my website.

About me: Finally translated the introduction. Part of it appeared to still be in Dutch.

Holidays: Launched a new chapter dedicated to nature in foreign countries, seen during my holiday trips.

Cyprus: Launched a new page to show some stories and species seen during my holidays on Cyprus.

Sunday January 21, 2024:

Storks, Herons & Waders: Launched a new page deticated to this group of longlegged birds.

Macro Wereld: Added a menu on the top of the pages, to make navigation through the English version more easy.

Saterday January 20, 2024:

Mammals: Added three species, being a Red Fox, a Red Squirrel and a Heck Cattle. Not the best pictures, but for showing the species.

Tuesday August 16, 2022:

Grasshoppers: Added pictures of a Roesel's bush-cricket, both male and female.

Tuesday March 1, 2022:

Finches, Sparrows & Tits: Launched a new page, dedicated to the little Dutch songbirds.

Thursday February 24, 2022:

Ladybirds: Launched a new page, dedicated to the beautiful Dutch ladybirds.

Tuesday February 22, 2022:

Reptiles & Amphibians: Launched a new page, dedicated to the Dutch reptiles & amphibians.

Saturday December 18, 2021:

More Photo's: Launched the main page for topics of other photo subjects, besides insects.

Mammals: Launched the Mammals page, a page dedicated to mammals being part of the Dutch wildlife.

Friday December 17, 2021:

Bees & Bumblebees: Launched the Bees & Bumblebees page, a page dedicated to the Dutch species of these families.

Saturday June 5, 2021:

White-tailed eagle: Launched a new page, dedicated to an Eagle Safari in Scotland, 2019.

Ducks, Geese & Swans: Launched a new page, dedicated to the Duckling species I observed so far in the Netherlands.

Terschelling 2020: Launched a new page, dedicated to a birdsafari on the Isle of Terschelling in 2020.

Monday January 18, 2020:

Birds: Launched the main page for Bird photography.

Sunday January 17, 2021:

Dragonflies & Damsels: Added a picture of a male Ruddy Darter.

Saturday January 9, 2021:

Grasshoppers & Crickets: Launched the Grasshopper & Crickets page, a page dedicated to the Dutch species of these families.

Friday January 8, 2021:

Dragonflies & Damsels: I added the Binomial names to the captions and also added 5 new photo's, among which the Club-tailed Dragonfly.

Wednesday January 6, 2021:

Informational Pages: Launched a new page containing additional information about the development of this website.

Contactpage: Launched the Contactpage where you can leave your comments, questions, suggestions.

Updates: Launched the Updatespage where you can stay tuned for the latest changes on my website.

Other Insects: Launched the Other Insects page, a page dedicated to the smaller Insect Families.

Saturday January 2, 2021:

The Haarplas: Captions underneath the pictures have been adjusted and I added 12 more pictures of species, which I recently identified.
